2. Scope & Purpose of Services
iResearch provides AI research assistance, literature discovery engines, hypothesis formulation tools, and experimental protocol planning for educational and scientific research workflows. The computational models analyze research structures to simulate pathways and assist in academic drafting, but do not guarantee fair awards, publications, or experimental outcomes.
3. Research Confidentiality
STRICT PRIVACY GUARANTEE: iResearch is built for competitive student researchers preparing fair submissions (ISEF, STS, JSHS, MIT PRIMES) and academic publications. Your hypotheses, experimental data, lab notebooks, research calculations, and AI mentorship sessions remain 100% strictly private, confidential, and encrypted. We never share, expose, train public models on, or disclose your unpublished scientific work.
AI Safety & Guardrails: While direct user research interactions and research findings are never monitored directly, model behavioral boundaries, conversational scope, and response alignment may be monitored solely for AI safety and platform integrity.
4. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Generate, upload, or transmit harmful, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
- Plagiarize, fabricate experimental data, manipulate scientific images, or submit fraudulent research logs.
- Attempt to circumvent AI credit quotas, reverse-engineer LLM prompts, or initiate automated attacks.
- Impersonate individuals or provide false academic credentials.
5. AI Credit Economy & Allocations
Usage of the platform is paced by AI Credits. Quotas and community pool allocations are subject to adjustment, suspension, or revocation by platform administrators at any time for policy compliance, overuse, or resource optimization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iResearch and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, computational tool calculations, or decisions made based on AI suggestions.
